OUR SOLUTION
With a multidisciplinary team of Business Transformation specialists with over 10 years of experience in social-related topics and technical experts in Digitalisation, we carried out the mapping of existing processes and implemented them in the company’s new Digital Platform.
The system also enabled the dissemination and standardisation of processes across more than 10 countries where the company operates, while adding intelligence and automation to the operation.
It also provided external access for the community directly through the system, facilitating communication and speeding up the process.
