The digital product built consists of a core system and a set of digital tools that meet the needs for data collection, provide the necessary structure and governance for this data, and generate all the key outputs required for analytics and operational efficiency.

The system was designed to integrate the company’s key operational processes through workflows and automations, enabling data collection via mobile devices at wells and production stations, and facilitating BI & Analytics initiatives with a database accessible to the entire company.
